Livorno Luxury Stay has born from Scilla and Eugenio's passion for real estate. The passion for beautiful homes, the one who make you feel at home straight away.

In 2018, after having attended a specific training master's degree on real estate in Milan, the first operation arrived, followed by the others, until 2020, the year of birth of FL Immobiliare.

Since 2020, and still today, the company has operated and continues to operate, also through one of its subsidiaries, in "real estate flipping": the purchase, renovation and resale of the property.

Since 2022 FL IMMOBILIARE decided to diversify the business, making its passion available in the care of properties for short-term rentals, "Short rent".

Sourrondings

Terrazza Mascagni is a large square and terrace that directly overlooks the sea, delimited towards the sea by a balustrade made up with elegant columns. The floor consists of a checkerboard pattern made up with black and white tiles.

Pisa is one of the most famous Tuscany cities and it’s known for its famous leaning tower that rises together with the cathedral in Piazza dei Miracoli. The square also houses the monumental Camposanto and the Baptistery.

Ottima struttura comoda al centro di Livorno.
Stanza ampia, ben arredata e pulita.
Il letto matrimoniale è comodo e completa il confort dell' ambiente la possibilità di gestire in completa autonomia la temperatura della stanza.
Bagno ampio e pulito.
Gradita la presenza di un piccolo frigorifero e di un bollitore per preparare un tè.
Ottimo il parcheggio riservato ( da prenotare).

Posizione comoda al centro, posto auto riservato, stanza ampia, ben arredata e pulita.
Il letto matrimoniale è molto comodo, completa il comfort in camera la possibilità di gestire in prima autonomia la temperatura.
Gradita la presenza del frigo e di un bollitore per preparare un tè. Ottimo il check-in e checkout fatti il autonomia.

Ottima accoglienza di Raffaele- abbiamo soggiornato 1 sola notte sfruttando la vicinanza del porto - Usufruito anche del garage per il ricovero dell'auto. Appartamento grande, ristrutturato mantenendo le caratteristiche originali. Zona centralissima che ti permette di goderti oltre che il bel lungomare di LI anche la vicinanza di ristoranti supermercati etc.

Posizione eccellente sia dal centro citta che soprattutto dal porto dove mi interessava fosse il più vicino possibile. La disponibilità del garage privato è assolutamente molto utile. L'appartamento anche se datato, è ristrutturato completamente in modo elegante lasciando inalterate le caratteristiche originarie. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità di Raffaele sono state fantastiche. Raccomandato senza alcun dubbi.
